Session With Dr. Clint Stankiewicz

ADHD, Addiction, Anxiety, Chronic Stress,

Relationship & Family Dynamics

About This Session

Here you can schedule sessions with Dr. Clint to get to the root of the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, behavior, and walk away with strategies you can actually use in your daily life and relationships.

Dr. Clint brings a background in clinical psychology and works from AIRS (Adaptive Integrative Relational Systems Coaching), a coaching approach built on one core belief: you were never broken. Every pattern you're struggling with today developed for a reason, it once helped you find safety, protect your dignity, manage uncertainty, earn belonging, or function inside conditions that demanded it. The problem isn't that these patterns exist. It's that a strategy built for yesterday's conditions can keep running long after those conditions are gone, showing up now as the anxiety, avoidance, shutdown, or self-sabotage you can't seem to shake.

This work doesn't start with "what's wrong with you." It starts with "what did you learn to do to survive, cope, or belong, and does it still fit the life you have now?" That shift changes how the work actually gets done. Real change takes more than swapping a negative thought for a positive one. The patterns you bring into a session are shaped by an interconnected system, your emotions and body signals, the beliefs and assumptions running in the background, the story you've built about who you are, your nervous system's default settings, your habits and protective moves, and the relationships and environments that keep reinforcing all of it. Dr. Clint works across this whole system with you, not just the surface symptom in front of him.

Dr. Clint takes an active, hands-on approach. This isn't a session where you talk and he nods. He'll push, question, challenge assumptions, and work directly with you in real time to map the pattern, name what it was protecting, and test out new ways of responding before you ever leave the room. Sessions build the kind of awareness that creates space between you and your patterns, so a thought stops feeling like undeniable fact, an emotion stops feeling like a command you have to obey, and an old identity you inherited stops running the show. From there, you leave with something concrete to practice, not just something to think about. Sessions target focus and follow-through, stress and overwhelm, difficult thoughts, emotional regulation, and decision-making, the real, specific things getting in your way right now.

If you feel stuck, misunderstood, or done with approaches that talk a lot but change nothing, this is built for you. Dr. Clint takes what feels like a tangled internal mess and turns it into something you can actually understand, act on, and apply immediately, so you leave every session with clarity you can use, not just conversation you'll forget by Thursday.

Dr. Clint's path into this work didn't come only from a classroom. After nearly two decades working at the highest level of clinical psychology, he noticed something that didn't sit right with him: he was helping people understand their past, yet many stayed stuck in their present. At the same time, he was facing his own learning difficulties and health struggles, experiences that reshaped how he saw healing. Insight alone wasn't enough. People didn't just need to understand their problems. They needed a way to move forward. That realization changed his whole approach. Instead of stopping at analysis, Dr. Clint shifted toward real, practical change, clear steps, direct guidance, and the tools to actually break a pattern rather than just name it. That shift became the foundation for AIRS (Adaptive Integrative Relational Systems Coaching), his own coaching methodology built on one belief: you were never broken. Your patterns developed to protect you, and some of them are still running long after they've stopped serving you.

Today, he brings deep psychological understanding together with a grounded, hands on, no nonsense style of guiding people. He has a sharp ability to see what's actually holding someone back and help them move through it, directly, practically, without the overwhelm. In our retreats and sessions, his role is to help people reconnect with themselves, gain real clarity, and take back control of their lives.

For Dr. Clint, this work was never just something he studied. It's something he lived.
