Work one-on-one with Angelica on the exact area you need support in. This may include improving your diet, creating a specialized nutrition plan for specific health conditions or illnesses, guidance during pregnancy, age-related nutrition adjustments, and support with weight loss or healthy weight gain. Angelica takes a personalized, holistic approach, helping clients build sustainable habits, develop a balanced relationship with food, and support their overall well-being. Additionally, Angelica works with women dealing with the emotional aftermath of traumatic, unhealthy, or abusive relationships, with a focus on growth and rebuilding. Her coaching supports clients in strengthening self-trust, improving self-esteem, establishing healthy boundaries, reconnecting with their sense of self, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience
