Service Description

Work one-on-one with Clint to better understand your behavioral patterns and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges that impact your daily life and relationships. Clint brings a background in clinical psychology and takes a direct, insight-driven approach focused on how your mind works, what patterns shape your behavior, and how to work with them effectively in real-world situations. His work is informed by evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, applied in a coaching context. Sessions may focus on areas such as improving focus and follow-through, managing stress and overwhelm, navigating difficult thoughts, strengthening emotional awareness, and making clearer decisions. This work is especially valuable for individuals who feel stuck, misunderstood, or frustrated with approaches that haven’t translated into practical change. Clint helps you break down complex internal processes into something you can understand and apply in your everyday life.
