Raw Vegan Dates Dessert
This is by far the most delicious way to eat dates according to my daughter who believes these are candies. 10 large dates 1/3 cup coconut butter 1/4 cup hemp seeds 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup or any other sweetener you prefer Cut dates along way but don't cut them completely into two halves. Prepare the stuffing. Mix coconut butter with hemp seeds and maple syrup well. Stuff dates and close them tightly. Make sure you hide a few for yourself as these will disappear really fast :)

Raw Vegan Cashew Cream Cheese
This is a very good substitute to a dairy cream cheese. You add any flavor you like to it, such as blueberries or garlic, chives, etc. 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 12 hours in cold water 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice for plain or sweet additions. For salty additions add 2 Tbsp of lemon juice Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Spaghetti Squash Pasta With Red Sauce
