What to Do with Juice Pulp

This is by far the most delicious way to eat dates according to my daughter who believes these are candies. 10 large dates 1/3 cup coconut butter 1/4 cup hemp seeds 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup or any other sweetener you prefer Cut dates along way but don't cut them completely into two halves.
